ABOUT US

I have built and looked after sales networks in China, the USA, Russia and Brazil. This was done partly from scratch, partly based on existing structures.

 

The feeling for market structures in the countries, the correct assessment of the strengths of the companies in which he was active, paired with an in-depth market and competition analysis, always led to a sales strategy that was explicitly geared towards the respective company. It has always been the key to sustainable, measurable corporate success.

 

Through managerial activities in the area, sales, management and self-employment, I have in-depth knowledge of the internal structures of medium-sized companies in order to analyze them and optimize them in a company-related manner. "I know what makes the employees tick"!
